Tonkeyさん改変版MT4iのMT3.0暫定対応版(1.8T7)がリリースされたようです。
1.8T7での変更点は、
画像読み込みをLWPモジュール使用に変更
ホスト名置換機能を追加
MT3.0以上のコメント自動認証処理追加
コメント入力時のipアドレスを$ENV{REMOTE_ADDR}から取得するように変更
文字化け対策処理追加
MT3.0でコメントの即承諾／保留の選択
ということです。
